How to Buy Your Golf Pass

You may only buy Golfpasses and book Golfpass tee times online through the First In Fife website. The Golfpass represents a heavily discounted rate on the usual course green fees, and so must remain an internet-only booking method.

Your Golfpass booking is a 3-stage process. You must complete all the stages to ensure that your booking is made.

The 3 stages are:

1) Buy your Golfpasses

Buy one for each member of your party - either a 3 round pass or a 5 round pass

2) Book your chosen times and add them to your 'shopping basket'

This will reserve the times for about 15 minutes – if you do not complete the next step they will be automatically released back for other people to access.

3) Apply your Golfpass vouchers to your times and Checkout

Only after completing all 3 stages can you checkout. You will then receive an email confirmation of the booking with the Subject line “Your First in Fife Booking” – you should print this confirmation out and bring it with you to the courses.

If you have any additional requirements, for example buggy hire or catering needs, you should then contact the course direct by telephone to have these added on to your existing booking.

If you have juniors travelling with you, you can find the junior rate for the course either direct from the course or from their pages on this website.  You should only book Golfpass times for the adult members of your party, and then let the course know you will be bringing a junior. For example, if there are 3 adults and one junior, please make a Golfpass booking for 3 and then let the course know you'll pay for the additional junior on the day.

All bookings for your group should be made by one 'account holder'. This is very important, because if one account holder is holding a tee-time, this time is blocked to all other users. In other words, if Tom is holding a tee-time on his account, Dick and Harry will not be able to add their names and passes to that tee-time. The best way to get around this is to create one account that all the members of the group know. Each of the group members can buy their own pass, with their own credit or debit card, and attach it to the 'master' account. Then one of them can book the times and apply the Golfpass vouchers to those times on behalf of the group.
